Happy WOYWW everyone! I've been embossing (supplies to the right and results under the Gypsy). Today is also the January Papertrey Ink Blog Hop. The challenge was to post a favorite 2011 project and a card inspired by that project. Have I mentioned how much I love my Gypsy? I do most of my designing on it and then can cut the pieces out with my Cricut. I've lost my Black Soot Distress Ink, so I'm using my Tuxedo Black Memento Ink which I also love, it's just different.
The project to the left is for a Cricut Craft Room Challenge (I have a real love/hate relationship with CCR) and a card I'm still working on under that (waiting for the right finishing bits to appear). And since it's the end of the month, it's also the final stretch for my Club Ruby Designers Design Team Projects (materials and projects are in the box).
So if you are wondering what's all this WOYWW, head over to Julia's Stamping Ground and have a gander at crafty workspaces around the world :D. Better yet, take a picture of your workspace and join in the fun.

I have embossed with an embossing tool, but never a machine. Sounds like it might be quicker. Can't wait to see what you do.
I so want to join all these challenges and projects.... guess I will after I retire... 60 hour work take the fun out... Oh well at least I can get on line and see wheat everyone else is doing and enjoy....
ps just so you know my desk looks like that too!
Love the bits on your desk they look fun, I need to emboss more, would love to see your card when completed, Have a great week Hugs May x x x
Love all the crafty bits on your desk, I too love to emboss although I do prefer to use a machine rather than do it by hand!!
Have a great WOYWW, Luv Karen #80
I used to do embossing and haven't pulled it out in forever. I'm on the fence about CCR--I have MTC and don't want to jeopardize it.
Well I must say that I don't visit many blogs where the Gypsy is described as well used and loved...I guess it's like most gadgets, if you take time to master it, it proves invaluable. You're busy! Like the idea of that box full of finished as well as new stuff, very tantalising!
I did have a giggle ... what is a gypsy and a CCR? I learn something knew on woyww every week. Thanks for sharing.
A wonderfully inspiring desk full of crafting goodies, hope you lovely week hugs Lou E #82
So, you have a whole heap of stuff under your Gypsy - doesn't he complain??.......:D
Hugs, LLJ #45 xx
Lots of various stuff on your desk! I would love to come poke around and play.
I'm jealous you have your gypsy working! Mine has always caused so many problems, I've just stopped trying with it. Also, I love the card you posted above, its so pretty! Thanks for stopping by my blog :)
Happy WOYWW (on Thursday!)
Katie
