WOYWW 144 - Girl Scoutiness :D

I still haven't put away my Graphic 45 Magic of Oz stamps, but I have utilized that extra paper crown. I've also broken out an older Club Ruby Designer's kit (pre-design team). These don't go bad. The half pearls are from my stash (I find I use things more if they are actually on my desk).
One of the projects I'm working on is this page (in progress) for the 100th Anniversary of Girl Scouts. Yep, yep I knew Daisy (Juliette Gordon Lowe aka the founder of Girl Scouts) lol. Daisy loved pearls, so I get to use them liberally on these layouts.

If you are wondering about all this WOYWW, head over to Julia's Stamping Ground and have a gander at desks around the world. Better yet, take a picture and join in the fun!

What a great idea for a layout - 100 years is definitely worth noting and the LO is shaping up nicely - love the colours. I hope you've had a good WOYWW day. Elizabeth x #21

I'm with you. I huge on out-of-sight-out-of-mind. If I intend to use it, it probably should be on my desk. Under a pile is fine but on my desk! Love that green!

So true if it is on your desk it definitely gets used. Although I sometimes get quite a surprise when I have a dig around my stash cupboard. Looks like your project will be great.

I'm having a terrible time keeping my computer going this week. It keeps freezing up and I have to reboot. What a pain.

I remember being a Girl Scout. Thanks for the wonderful memories and thoughts of good times gone by. This layout is gorgeous and certainly speaks of celebration.

Happy belated WOYWW from #2.

Lots of interesting things to see on your desk...what is the long stick thing with the little metal clip on the end?

The start of your layout looks great.
Wee you next week.

Great job with the Girl Scout page! So glad that you are old enough to remember the founder. LOL Well, I am old enough to remember when I sold Girl Scout cookies they were 50 Cents a box! You also got lots of cookies in a package too. Now they are outragous. I would sooner donate the money to them than to buy the cookies any more:(
