WOYWW 261

Apparently I don't have ANY fleshy dinosaur stamps (I have a few fossil stamps though).  I've resumed my effort to stamp all my stamps. I stamp them on the appropriate sheets (background, dogs, future, Eiffel Tower etc) and then slip the sheets into plastic sleeves in a large notebook/binder. I'm still trying to work out how store the different sorts of stamps. It's a been work in progress since 1998 lol.

I use this shoe holder to store my large and most used punches. All the floor in front of it was cleared the other day, but slowly things are moving in. .

I'm really pleased with the way this card has turned out (details are here). I'm thinking about making a copy for a flip book desky sort of thing (they stand up on their own and you can switch the picture).  For more crafty desks, head over to Julia's Stamping Ground.

Lovely desk this morning. I love your mug and I see some PTI lol on your desk. I think we all having been sorting our goodies for a while. At least I've been sorting for 5 years now since I started. I so want a shoe holder for my punches now. Like I really need anything else. lol. Will be looking into that and thanks for the idea. And lastly that card is just adorable. I love the speech bubble with glitter and that oh so cute monster. HUGS An'Jenic

I try really hard to only keep the things I use most close at hand but then I need other things and before you know the floor has become a shelf lol! So I understand. Still trying after many years to organise my stamps but still not really there so understand that one too.

It's never-ending, this clearing up and re-thinking storage lark, isn't it?! If everything came in regular size and shape, it would help! Have a great week, Chris # 8

I thought I stopped by earlier, so if I did, you can delete this one. Aren't those over-the-door shoe holders the BEST? I have four of them and use them all for crafty goodies.

Guess I'm # 13 this week so it's time to wish you a happy WOYWW.

Your desk kinda resembles mine most of the time... just a small area to actually work with all my stuff around it. Hope all your organizing goes well! Happy WOYWW!

A busy desk, with lots of fun things around. Great storage ideas there - everyone seems to have been sorting recently... 'spose I ought to do some to.... but there you go, no time at present!!
Thanks for visiting - sorry it is taking me all week to get back to folk!

Lol...I love the little monster dude! I know what you mean about stamp storage...I have that issue too. It's a great idea to make cards with what you have though. Every time I go looking through stamps I knock half of them on the floor. Index cards would be so much easier to look through. Thanks for visiting my desk already. #43 Kyla @ Faerie Wings and Scrapbook Things

What a good idea to store the punches. I might have to try that one for myself. I am so late visiting this week, and I must try to do better for the next gathering. xxx Maggie

Good luck with the organizing the stamps. I stamped 'most' of my stamps one winter ago, and placed them in a file...I must say, I seldom use them to look up the stamps, but I can if I wish to LOL you can read about it here. http://fairyrocks.blogspot.ca/2012/12/antique-receipt-holder-up-cycle.html
In the end, it looked nice. Keep smiling and creating.
