WOYWW 265 and RAK

I'm still chipping away at my stamp. I did move it to work on a few other projects, and I discovered a downside to clear stamps... they can really blend into the background lol.  At the back there is a package all set to go. The scissors are to angle the edges of the stamp.

It has been very warm and muggy (not by Florida or Georgia standards, but still warm), so I finally put in the air conditioner because I'm not fond of crafting in front a fan, especially when I'm going to be embossing or other delicate things.

Eliza (of Eliza & Yoda) suggested that I send some Tim Holtz clearance finds overseas, so I decided share some of them. All you have to do is post a comment and mention that you'd like a chance to win the RAK. I did repackage one item so it fit in the mailing envelope better.

Head over to our chief desker Julia's Stamping Ground to see more crafty spaces around the world.

Updated to add: An RAK (Random Act of Kindness) to me means a sharing of good fortune in the form of a giveaway, no strings attached aside from some indication that you would like a chance to receive it (and some way to contact you should you win the draw). And the stamp is sort of a dinosaur/monster hunter (Godzilla) homage so I can make a birthday present for my friend (who doesn't read my blog lol).

LOL! Without trying to see that stamp bigger, it totally looks like a dinosaur to me. But then DD was in love with Barney as a kid so I guess that makes sense my mind would work that way. Have fun wit it. Heck I'm always up for a RAK and as I am commenting anyway, toss my name into the hat :)

Happy WOYWW!

I thought it was a dinosaur too. And what's a RAK? Still a bit of a newbie when it comes to crafting terms.
Have a great week

Looking at the comments I am glad to see I am not alone - it does look like a dinosaur. Also what is RAK?! I love having the air con on, but the only problem is it gives me a headache, as it sounds like a jet engine!! Cx #57

I am most impressed that you are making your own stamp like that. I've done some in the past by gluing string onto card, but never anything as adventurous as this. Well done you!
Please can you add my name to your draw - it would be a real treat to be in with a chance of a random act of kindness. Thank you! Should it be me that wins, my email is on blogger.
Have a great week.

I love practicing RAK, makes my day especially when I'v had a bad one. I like you idea of giving some of your stash away! I was thinking along those lines while organizing my ephemera this week, just too much stuff for me to use. Always enjoy stopping by!

I dragged a table and all the overdue bookwork into the sun this afternoon.....hadn't accounted for the fairly strong breeze.....so I get it about the fan!
Loving the Godzilla, I'm a follower on FB of Janis Ian, and she's been posting Godzilla Haikus all week!

Great job on the stamp carving. After enlarging it I could definitely see Godzilla. I'm curious as to where you live.

I'm in New Mexico and the temperatures have been unusually high. Sometimes we have a touch of humidity and when I say that my Aunt in Atlanta laughs at me!

Happy belated WOYWW
