It's really my desk lol. Even after Papertrey Ink's Stamp-a-faire 2014. This year's theme was time travel, and each designer covered a different era from Ancient Rome to the 1980's with two different technique videos and a spotify playlist with about 2 hours of music from the era.
At the stamp-a-faire Meet and Greet, the designers were talking about
their first papercrafting tools and paper crimpers were a popular item.
So I dug mine out, ok it was just in the top drawer next to me (even
though I haven't used it for years). My favorite project (which is saying a lot as I kept saying "this is my favorite" as I was working each one) was the Time After Time Challenge and I actually used my paper crimper.
Head over to Julia's Stamping Ground to see more crafty spaces : ).

That event sounds like a blast! I love that couch set you used, I have to go dig it out and use it again! I know I have a crimper too that I have used too! Thanks for the inspiration to use my older stuff! Winnie#35
It's amazing how we crafted with simple tools to add dimension and texture...and now there are sooooo many new options. Cute cards.

I think I finally tossed my crimper, never could get the paper to come out straight....grin
But it is fun to get some of the older toys out and have a go with them. The stamp/scrapbook community has come a very long way over the years.
Have a great week

Your cards are cute! Oh the crimper. I use to give that a work out years ago...I must get that out again. I have a pair of fringe scissors that I have never used...thought I needed them I guess...I'm a sucker for tools, you never know when they will come in handy.
Have a wonderful week.
