I was working on something else and had die cut the blue and yellow patterned paper from my stash of scraps with the Rustic Wreath die. So when I saw the inspiration for the
March 2015 Papertrey Ink Blog Hop and the sun is actually shining it all just came together. The banner is glued flush to the card on the left and popped up with a foam square on the right. The flowers were stamped and then painted with water.
