Umbrella Card

Make It Monday #203: Doodling with Stamps. On the smooth side of a piece of Tim Holtz Watercolor Paper, I stamped the solid large umbrella from Scattered Showers with Harvest Gold, Hibiscus Burst and Limeade Ice, then went over them with an aqua brush. After they had dried I painted the sky with Stormy Sky smooshed on my craft mat and spritzed with water.

When everything had dried I doodled over the umbrellas a couple of times, stamped the handles and sentiment. This is such a fabulous technique.

Simon Says is having a "special lady/girly" challenge so I'm entering it there as well.

Love your card! You did like me and went fairly simple - that worked the best for me too. I love the watercoloring for the sky and the bright cheerful colors. You are an awesome doodler!!!
