Today I'm working on a cardstock bonnet I found on Pinterest : D. The paper prototype is assembled. Only the directions call for it to be covered with fabric, and that would require finding appropriate fabric, which would add hours to the task. So I drew an additional bit to the pattern so the back can be easily attached.

I've also been doing a bit of gardening, the purple carrots have germinated. The hamster and guinea pig are loving all the radish seedlings I'm thinning. And if I can find other amusement for the squirrels the rest of the peas and edmame seedling will stay in the ground instead of being flung about while the squirrels dig and roll in the pots. Another scrappable moment lol.

If you want to see more workdesks all over the world, head over to Julia's Stamping Ground and have a gander. Better yet, snap a picture of your own and join in the fun : D.

If the card goes through your printer you could print on the reverse instead. Just an idea! I have done that in the past. Happy WOYWW! Karen 68 x

Purple carrots? Not come across those - grown yellow ones and yellow tomatoes in the past, though. Trust they succeed in growing.
Have a great week.

Interesting project. Do you have a particular use in mind for the bonnet? I'm curious.

great looking bonnet/pattern. I wish I had it when I made the kids for 89er Day parade years ago. April 22, 1889 is when the government had the land run and was the start of Oklahomas journey toward statehood. They got my raised bed garden done today so tomorrow I will start planting. Looking forward to getting out and about a bit more now that warmer weather is here.. Hope you have a great week and thanks for sharing! Vickie #36

OOh how cute is that! Takes me back to Holly Hobby! I can't help but giggle; I have this insane picture of squirrels standing in your pots throwing seeds at you! I hope they don't!I love edamame, never occurred to me to grow some!

Love the bonnet shape you have there, not sure about the covering it with material but it would look cute in patterned paper! Love the mental image of your squirrels doing weird stuff in your pots of seeds!! Annette #7
