WOYWW 311

I've been using my stencils a lot more since I put them in page protectors (Avery Elle 100/$10 on amazon). A better view than usual of my two tier lazy susans. The one with the Distress Inks also has a glass cake holder and organizing cups. There's a set of birthday cards in re-used packaging to be sent to my father's widow. And some card stock halves ready to be put to use.

I've got two more "DIY Kraft Resist" tags to make (molding and wendy veechi white embossing paste). The ones I've made so far from left to right: Versamark (plain and with clear embossing powder), translucent texture paste matte, translucent embossing paste, crackle texture paste, versamark with clear embossing powder with Picket Fence and Festive Berries Distress Stains.

Head over to Julia's Stamping Ground to more crafty spaces.

Lovely work - I love using stencils but not that good at squirting inks through them. Maybe I need to do a few more to get more adept at it.
Yours are terrific.

Gorgeous tags, and like Neet I can't squirt inks through mine either. We did indeed have a great time on Saturday. Helen 7

Hmmm - I didn't think about putting stencils in pockets. What a great idea.

I told an internet friend I had stencil envy and she sent me some. Now I have some and need to find a good way to store them. Your idea is possibly one way I should look into.

Sorry I wasn't here sooner. I got distracted by leaving tomorrow, oops today. BTW, those tags are sensational.

Thanks for the earlier visit and happy day after WOYWW from #1.

Isn't it funny how just altering the storage of something means you use it more. It really is all about what the eye can see..... I'm the same with my fabrics. I have a sort out, find a forgotten jewel down the bottom of the box and have fun playing nicely!!

oh you are so smart ((hugs)) I had started buying stencils again this last year or so, and I have remembered I really don't like untangling them every time.... and I actually have some of those pockets ( for dies lol) Thanks so much for sharing this :) ~Stacy #71

I find it fantastic to use flip books for things It just makes it so much easier to get to everything.
Shame your home had all the original knocked out of it :( I love that Toronto has such old 100+ year old houses better then some of those new modern box houses they build now
Happy Late WOYWW hugs Nikki 5

I am very intrigued with this resistance technique. Will definitely try it. I thought about putting my stencils in a binder but have a lot of the 12x12 ones so just too big.
