WOYWW 629

I am in the process of converting my large piece of plywood sitting on sawhorses to a smaller piece of plywood  sitting on 36 inch table legs. Of course this involved moving practically everything in the craftroom (screaming face emoji). but it is an idea whose time has come lol. In theory it is easier to go across the room and get something if one is already standing up. But I found some free bar stools in case I want to sit down.

Also the baby kittens are gamboling about. Never have I ever before had six kittens. Two 6 month old kittens and 4 almost 4 week old kittens. Fingers crossed I can get the younger kittens into some sort of adoption thing. The two older were supposed to go into foster care/rescue... but I never got a call back so now I guess they are mine.

Head over to Julia's Stamping Ground for more crafty peeks : D.

I don't envy you that reorganization of your craft space. It looks rather a mess at the moment.

Those kittens are SO cute and playful. I laughed that you had a hard time keeping the camera on them, they are so quick. Happy WOYWW from # 5.

Kittens are sweet but they look like quite a handful, hope you find new homes for some of them. Hope you get the chance to have a very happy and creative woyww. Sending hugs, Angela x17x

They are certainly bundles of cuteness but must also be quite hard work. Good luck with the rest of your rearranging. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #4

Oh! cute kittens but that's a couple of big handfuls of trouble right there I bet :) I miss having a cat, I'm a real cat lover but my husband isn't sadly! Good luck with your sorting, hope you get some playtime too :) Annie C #30

Your kittens are so sweet and I would love to have at least one, but my beautiful cat was run over and my husband won’t have another one. We have four dogs now, but dogs don’t go off on their own, which obviously cats like to do. I know you can have house cats, but cats do like to go out and explore don’t they. Best of luck in finding good homes for the ones you are not keeping. Angela #9

Those kittens are gorgeous! Good luck with finding homes for them. We can't have cats sadly as Alex is badly allergic to them. Good luck with the sorting! Happy Belated WOYWW. Take care and stay safe. With love & God Bless, Caro xxx (#23)

Lordy Sally, six kittens…you can barely turn your back! Aren’t they cute, gorgeous grey colouring on the intrepid one! I am in awe of your taking on the desk change at such a time…although I totally know what you mean about the time has come, it’s funny how smoke of these things just suddenly come to fruition. My desk is a standing height for exactly the same reason….but I never do. And hard to work a bit hard to find a stool of the right b*****y height when I realised I wasn’t going to stand near as much as I thought. Bet you end up putting me into more shame!!

The kitties are super cute! Our little kittle some years back surprized us with 6 baby furballs. I wanted to keep them all. But we had loads of people wanting them! I can see you are the same as me....get a 6" sauare space on your desk and then you can make anything!

Happy Very Belated WOYWW. I am catching up with the blogs on this quiet Monday morning. A productive start to the week, which always boosts my mood. I have a need to feel that my time is well-spent! Kittens!! Our cat is now 14 and increasingly unsettled. I fear that she has dementia like our old dog, who we lost in September. She does sleep a lot during the day mostly, but at night likes to pace about on the bed/me, and now has started being vocal. Perhaps I need to nap during the day when she sleeps?! I am also reorganising my craft room. Old 'brown' furniture going and new shiny white Ikea cube storage arriving on Friday. Everything I am keeping is currently being piled up in one corner of the room - and I have piles for the tip, charity shop and selling. I keep telling myself it will be fabulous when finished.
